Hey friend! My name
is Robert Massie.

After years of working in hospital administration, I want to give back to our frontline healthcare workers the support they crave with their finances.

When you think of financial help, your mind probably goes to the banking industry and credit card rates. But the truth is that true financial independence is irrevocably linked to and rooted in purpose. Everything about a person comes back to purpose. That's why I always say "getting there" (wherever you want to go), never starts with what's in your wallet, it starts with your why.

If any of this resonates with you,
you're in the right place - I promise.

You feel trapped right now and like you're "too late" to the financial independence party. (Some party, huh?) The mountain seems too tall to climb and you're being crushed by hopelessness that you can't eat the elephant in one bite. (Sorry elephants!)

You don't think you have a purpose, or if you have one - it eludes you. You're going through the motions each day, feel half alive, and only have fun on the weekends.

You feel like an alien in your own family sometimes. When you are energized by passion, your spouse isn’t, and when your spouse is energized, you aren’t. Your money worries also affect your relationships and not in the best way possible.

You feel the burden of debt. No matter how hard you try to get out of your financial situation, something always comes up that seems more important.

You feel that checking your balance is unsafe and a little terrifying. While we're at it - so is budgeting, your lack of income, the economy, and the cost of living.

About Robert Massie

FI 4 Health Founder
Robert Massie is a financial expert, purpose coach, and the founder of FI 4 Health.

His journey is a testament to resilience and determination. He always valued hard work but wandered through life without a vision. He graduated high school from a career technical school receiving a welding certificate. Robert started in the workforce, taking the first offered job, as a traveling construction worker through a Laborer’s Union. Five years later, and two days after getting married, he was laid off due to the economic downturn of 2008. During this time, Robert’s wife was finishing college, and finances were tight.

After bouncing from job to job, he decided to start college as a non-traditional student years after graduating high school. This sparked his newfound passion for learning and self-growth. He graduated 4 years later with two bachelor's degrees (Health Services Administration and Long-Term Care Administration) and a Gerontology certificate. Also, he became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Robert is a seasoned healthcare leader with a background in building successful teams. He develops teams by focusing on the “why”, vision, and purpose of the mission. Robert believes in building strong relationships with people and understands the value of helping people unlock their true potential through discovering their meaning of life.

Through all the ups and downs, Robert understands the importance of self-growth and self-discipline. Through constantly learning and staying focused on the vision, he has recreated himself from a construction worker to a healthcare leader. With the recreation to healthcare leadership, Robert had to rise from a part-time minimum wage healthcare employee to a current Vice-President. Therefore, he understands the trials and tribulations that come with being in different income groups. He also is an example of how having a vision and being disciplined can help anyone achieve goals they are passionate about.

He has always been passionate about personal finance. He also understands that when employing people, companies are responsible for the whole person. This includes people's abilities and emotions within the confines of work, but also how emotions from outside of work can affect people. He uses his platform to help employees with their personal finances, as he knows this is typically the number one stressor for people.

Beyond Robert’s passion for professional leadership and pursuit of accomplishments, he is dedicated to helping people achieve their dreams. Also, he is committed to helping people create a roadmap for their success through personal leadership and financial health.
